A long time Annandale resident encouraged Kathy Carlson of Montrose to look at the vacated Gardendale Center on State Highway 24, north of Annandale. Kathy’s background in wholesale garden supply, her love of plants and her desire to share what she can create with plants made Kathy the perfect place to plant that seed.
