Annandale lake resident Dick Ebert’s ongoing series of travel photos is now set in Scandinavia. This week’s feature is the glass iceberg sculpture in Oslo, Norway. ‘At first glance, this glass and steel sculpture resembles a sailboat,’ said Ebert. ‘But, according to artist Monica Bonvicini, "She Lies" is meant to represent an iceberg. "Hun ligger" floats and turns in front of the Oslo Opera House. This artwork was made possible by a donation from Christen Sveaas and unveiled in 2010. It quickly has become an Oslo landmark.’
