1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Board members present: Katie Jones, Jennifer Mealey, Melissa Muehring-Paulson, Jon Scheer and Paul Zabinski. Absent: Gena Jacobson and Student Representatives Noelle Scheer and Molly Klippenes
3. Mealey moved for the approval of Agenda Items. Zabinski seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

6. Zabinski moved to approve the consent agenda. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

B. Mealey moved for approval of the policies in the review cycle. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
C. Zabinski moved for adoption of an annual Resolution Designating Combined Polling Place for 2022. Mealey seconded. Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Jennifer Mealey, Melissa Muehring-Paulson, Jon Scheer, Paul Zabinski and Katie Jones. And the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
D. Mealey moved to approve the work assignments for the 2021-2022 school year. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

9. Information Items
A. The Truth in Taxation meeting at AES on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm held in person at the AES Bendix media center.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at AES on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 7:00 pm held in person at the AES Bendix media center.
10. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requests the probate of decedent’s last Will and the descent of such property to be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property.
Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted. Ordinance Amendments to Section 781 (Private/Vacation Home Rental) of the Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance. The purpose of the amendments would be to amend regulations relating to standards applicable to private/vacation home rentals. Applicant: Corinna Township.
Ordinance Amendments to Section 506.8 (Fee Schedule) of the Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance. The purpose of the amendments would be to match Township permit fees to recently amended Wright County permit fees. Applicant: Corinna Township.
