• Board members present: Jon Scheer, Gena Jacobson, Jennifer Mealey, Melissa Muehring-Paulson and Paul Zabinski. Absent: Katie Jones and Student Representatives: Noelle Scheer and Molly Klippenes.
• Jacobson moved for the approval of the Agenda Items. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

• Zabinski moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

• Mealey moved to approve the Recognition of Student Qualifiers for State Competition list. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0. • Mealey moved to adopt the Wright Technical Center’s Long-Term Facility Maintenance Resolution FY24. The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Muehring-Paulson and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Jacobson, Muehring-Paulson, Mealey, Zabinski and Scheer. And the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
• Jacobson moved to approve of the following policies in the review cycle. Zabinski seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
• 524 Student and Teacher Acceptable Use Form (mandatory annual review-no changes)
• 203 Operation of the School Board-Governing Rules (3 year review-no changes)
• 203-1 School Board Procedures; Rules of Order (3 year review-no changes)
• 203-5 School Board Meeting Agenda (3 year review-one additional legal reference added- highlighted)
• 512 Student Disability Discrimination Grievance Report Form (Third and final reading)
• Jacobson moved to approve the 22-25 Superintendent Contract. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
• Zabinski moved to approve the following work assignments. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
• Janna Raisanen – Paraprofessional – AES
• Anna Hinkemeyer – Paraprofessional – AES
• Jacobson moved to approve hiring for the following three positions: Phy Ed-AES, School Counselor-AHS and Transitional/SEAT-AHS/District Wide. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
• Information Items
• The next monthly meeting will be at AES on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm held in person at the AES Bendix media center.
• Mealey made the motion to adjourn at 7:51 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
