1. Scheer called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.

A. Jones moved to approve the Recognition of Student Qualifiers for the State Competition list. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0. Adoption of a Resolution to terminate the contract of a probationary teacher Zabinski made a motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Jones and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Scheer, Jones, Zabinski, Mealey, Jacobson and Muehring-Paulson. And the following voted against the same: None
D. Mealey moved to approve of the following work assignments. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
