Notice is hereby given that the Annandale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 7, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Annandale City Council Chambers, 30 Cedar Street East, to consider the following:
Consideration of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance – Chapter 150 regarding regulations and standards for the sale and production of THC and CBD products and similar.

ALBION TOWNSHIP
Notice of Annual Meeting,
Election of Officers and
Board of Canvass Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to qualified voters of Albion Township, Wright County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 at 9020 30th St NW, Annandale.
In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until March 21st, 2023.
The election poll hours will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at which time the voters will elect: one Supervisor Seat C for a 3 year term and one Treasurer for a 2 year term.
Absentee voting begins on Friday February 10th, 2023 and ends March 13th, 2023 at the Wright County Courthouse. Call Wright County Elections at 763-682-7578 for an absentee ballot. The Wright County Courthouse will also be open for in person absentee ballots from February 10th, 2023 thru March 13th, 2023, normal voting hours are 8am to 4:30pm and on Saturday March 11th, 2023 from 10am to 3pm. Monday March 13th, 2023 absentee voting hours will be 8am to 5pm.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 pm on March 14th, 2023 to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Board of Canvass will meet on March 14th, 2023 after the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.

City of South Haven (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Water Supply System
Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at 521 Oak Avenue, P.O. Box 97, South Haven, MN 56382 until Monday, February 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The opening and reading of the Bids may be modified subject to COVID-19 preventative measures.
The Project includes the following Work:
Constructing and furnishment of two new municipal wells, well house, water treatment system, water main and sewer main; along with the demolition of two existing city wells and well house.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Water Supply System Improvements.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Willmar Builders Exchange, 2104 East Highway 12, Willmar, MN 56201; the office of the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer at 521 Oak Avenue, South Haven, MN, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or may be purchased online at www.bollig-engineering.com under the bidding tab through QuestCDN for $40.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a refund of $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Bollig Inc.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the office of the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer, 521 Oak Avenue North, South Haven, MN 55382. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Instructions to Bidders
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
American Iron and Steel
Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A – Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term “iron and steel products” means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.
The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, and Pig iron and direct reduced iron.
Wage Rates
This project is funded by Legislative appropriation monies and USDA Rural Development. As a result, Minnesota State wage rates apply to this Contract.
