NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to qualified voters of Albion Township, Wright County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 at 9020 30th St NW, Annandale.
In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until March 21st, 2023.
The election poll hours will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at which time the voters will elect: one Supervisor Seat C for a 3 year term and one Treasurer for a 2 year term.
Absentee voting begins on Friday February 10th, 2023 and ends March 13th, 2023 at the Wright County Courthouse. Call Wright County Elections at 763-682-7578 for an absentee ballot. The Wright County Courthouse will also be open for in person absentee ballots from February 10th, 2023 thru March 13th, 2023, normal voting hours are 8am to 4:30pm and on Saturday March 11th, 2023 from 10am to 3pm. Monday March 13th, 2023 absentee voting hours will be 8am to 5pm.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 pm on March 14th, 2023 to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Board of Canvass will meet on March 14th, 2023 after the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the OmniBallot assistive voting device for the TOWN OF ALBION, to be used for the March 14th, 2023, Township Election, will be conducted at the Albion Town Hall 9020 30th St NW, Annandale MN beginning at 6pm on Wednesday March 1st, 2023. 4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not Answer within 21 days, you will lose this case. You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the complaint. If your do not want to contest the claims stated in the complaint, you do not need to respond. A default judgment can than be entered against you for the relief requested in the complaint.

Even if you cannot get legal help, you must still provide a written Answer to protect your rights or you may lose the case.
6. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties may agree to or be ordered to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: The City Council of Annandale, Minnesota met for a regular meeting on January 9, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall Community Room. Mayor Jonas called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. City Council Present: Jonas, Wuollet, Czycalla, Honsey, Grundy. City Council members absent:
None. Also, present were Administrator Hinnenkamp, Public Works Director Haller, Police Chief
Standafer and the Annandale Advocate.
SET AGENDA: A motion was made by Czycalla and seconded by Honsey to approve the agenda
as presented. The motion carried unanimously.
All motions are approved unanimously unless otherwise noted.

MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORTS:
Haller reported they have been busy with snowplowing.
Standafer reported there have been a few accidents due to weather, but they have been minor.
Czycalla asked about the signage at the Business Park. He was asked if business names were supposed to be part of the signage. Hinnenkamp said that was not part of the plan and MN Dot would not permit that type of signage.
Wuollet commented that there has been some work on the Triathlon.
Jonas and Honsey informed the Council we are finalizing a purchase agreement on the Pandora
Building and there is likely a special meeting will be needed.

CORINNA TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Corinna Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Meeting for Corinna Township will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 8:15 p.m. at the Town Hall, located at 9801 Ireland Ave. NW, Annandale, MN. The purpose of this meeting is for the citizens of Corinna Township to set the annual levy to be certified against the property taxes for the 2024 payable year.
The Election of Township Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. The polls will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM, at the Corinna Town Hall. The Township Officer to be elected is one (1) Supervisor for a period of three years. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the polls close to certify the official election results.
In case of inclement weather, the Town Meeting and Election will be the following Tuesday, March 21, 2023 during same hours listed above. In case of inclement weather, the Regular Town Board Meeting will be Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 7:00 PM.
Absentee Ballots will be available beginning Friday, February 10, 2023, at the Wright County Government Center, 3650 Braddock Ave. NE, Suite 1400, Buffalo MN. Hours for acceptance of absentee ballot applications and casting of absentee ballots are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call Wright County at 1-763-682- 7692 or 763-684-2392 to apply for absentee ballots. The Wright County Government Center will also be open for acceptance of absentee ballot applications and casting of absentee ballots from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023 and on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Requests for mailed absentee ballots will also be accepted. The Wright County Government Center will be closed on Monday, February 20 for President’s Day.
A public accuracy test of voting equipment for the Township Election will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM.

FRENCH LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP
ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The French Lake Township Annual Town Meeting will take place following the close of the polls.
The Public Accuracy Test of the assisted voting device which will be used during the election will be held on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 immediately after the regularly scheduled Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend.
