Sealed bids will be received until 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2024, at P.O. Box 520, Annandale, MN 55302 for material and work to be done on township roads for 2025.
Bids may also be emailed to: clerktreasurer@southsidetownship.com
Equipment rental by the hour.
Grading and snowplowing township roads by a motor grader up to 130-horsepower.
Plowing snow with a truck.
Cat/D8 or equivalent with dozer or scraper. – Please state size of scraper.
Cad. D6 or equivalent with dozer or scraper. – Please state size of scraper.
Bobcat work; backhoe work; 4 wheel drive loader – please state size.
Sanding icy roads – Please state amount for sand and truck.
Monthly minimum flat rate fee – November – April -if monthly plowing and maintenance work does not exceed minimum set the balance will be paid as a flat rate to meet the minimum flat rate fee.
Material:
Class 5 crushed gravel – Please state price per yard spread.
Pit run gravel – Please state price per yard spread.
Fill for washouts – Please state price per yard spread.
Chainsaw work, brush cutting and removal – Price per hour.

Bidders must show proof of insurance not less than $500,000.
Southside Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bids will be opened December 3, 2024 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR DESCENT OF PROPERTY
A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this court. The Petition states that the Decedent died more than three years ago leaving property in Minnesota. It requests the probate of Decedent’s last Will, if any, and for the descent of such property to be determined and assigned by this court to the persons entitled to the property.
Any objections to the petition must be file with the court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the petition may be granted.
Notice is given that on December 12, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. a hearing will be held via Zoom remote hearing through Wright County Court, Buffalo, MN to hear the petition.
Notice shall be given to all interested persons (Minn. Stat. §524.1-401) and persons who have filed a demand for notice (Minn. Stat. §524.3-204).
Notice shall be given by publishing this notice as provided by law by mailing a copy of this Notice at least 14 days prior to the hearing date.

PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on January 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, April 16, 2024, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Michael W. Tomes, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Please contact Wright County Court Administration at 763-760-6300 for instructions for appearing remotely.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
