4. Mealey moved to approve the agenda items. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

A. Mealey moved to approve the High School Arts Field Trip to New York fall of 2025 requested by Mike Sellheim and Jennifer Kulm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
B. Jacobson moved to approve the Achievement Integration Budget that was presented by Victoria Beckman. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
C. Jacobson moved to approve the Recognition of Student Qualifiers for State Competition List. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
Congratulations to the following qualifiers for State Cheer: Autumn Christos, Abby Frahm, Vi Winters, Lexi Alama-Konz, Bre Kurzhals, Maci Tabatt, Khloe Christos, Peyton Czycalla, Addi Daniels, Lenayah Ende, Avianna Jones, Ava Miller, Lilly Onstad, Bella Wiles, Ruby Carter, Emily Green, Lily Kramer and Nari Simonsen.
D. Mealey moved to approve and adopt the February Resolution Accepting Donations. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
E. Mealey moved to approve the Annual Compliance/Vote of Concurrence or Nonconcurrence from the American Indian Parent Advisory Committee (AIPAC) that was reviewed by Rick Pullen. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
F. Muehring-Paulson moved to approve the following 24-25 Work Assignments. Dougherty seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
1. Kaitli Schindele – Special Education Paraprofessional – Elementary School
2. Emma Miller – Health Assistant – Elementary School
G. Consider the first reading of the new policy: 209 Code of Ethics
H. Jacobson moved to approve seven policies in the review cycle. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
10. Information Items
A. There will be a Work session at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 6:00 pm held in person in the media center.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
11. Mealey made a motion to adjourn at 7:37 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

B. There will be a Work Session at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm held in person in the media center. (The 4/14/25 work session was cancelled at the 3/17/25 board meeting)

ASSESSMENT NOTICE
CLEARWATER TOWNSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Clearwater of Wright County, Minnesota, has been changed to an OPEN BOOK Meeting at the Wright County Government Center, 3650 Braddock Ave NE, Ste #1700, Buffalo MN 55313 from 8am to 4:30pm, Mon – Fri, the 7th – 30th day of April, 2025. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the County Board of Appeal and Equalization by appointment 763-682-7367. The board will review your assessments and make corrections as needed.
The County Board of Appeal and Equalization will be held on June 16, 2025, from 4pm to 7pm. You must sign up to appeal by June 9, 2025.

Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the
power to collect all assets, to pay all
legal debts, claims, taxes and
