LEGAL NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHSIDE
REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
The Southside Township Board requests bids for the collection and disposal of residential recyclable materials included in which are newspapers, glossy print, corrugated paper, cardboard, glass bottles, aluminum, tin, steel, and plastic containers. The proposal is for the entire Township of Southside. (Average monthly participation in 2024 was approximately 720 households per month – with carts at 865 households.) The bid includes a request for a performance bond in the sum of $7,500 and contractor insurance.
Service is to begin the month of August, 2025, and continue for a period of three years, with curbside pick-up every other week.
Bids are to be sent to Southside Township, P.O. Box 520, Annandale, MN 55302 or emailed to: clerktreasurer@southsidetownship.com to arrive no later than 5:00 pm May 30, 2025. Bid opening will take place at the regular board meeting on June 3, 2025.
The Board reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all bids.

CITY OF ANNANDALE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Annandale is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a 62’ x 80’ x 14’ post-frame storage shed. The proposed building will serve as a public works storage facility and must meet the structural and functional specifications detailed in the published RFP.  Proposal are due June 2, 2025.  To receive a copy of the RFP, visit the City’s website at www.annandale.mn.us or contact City Hall at 320-274-3055.

Notice is given that on June 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of John R. Swanson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Please contact Wright County Court Administration at 763-760-6300 for instructions for appearing remotely.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
