CORINNA TOWNSHIP
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Sealed bids for the construction of Ireland AVE NW will be received by the Township of Corinna, MN at the office of the Town Clerk until 7 p.m., June 24, 2025.
Paving area includes Ireland AVE NW, from County Road 39, north to the Town Line. Corinna Township to supply and place aggregate base material as necessary to blend gravel roads and driveways.
Scope of work to include the following:
-Reclaim and pave 26’ wide = 10, 415’
-Reclaim and pave 24’ wide – 1,515’
-Overlay existing bituminous 24’ wide = 600’
-Overlay existing gravel 24’ wide = 2,630’
-Reclaim full intersection at all road crossings
-Reclaim, water, fine grade, compact for bituminous
-2” base course, 1.5 “wear course, 2.5% crown
-Pave extra1’ width on inside curves
-2’ shoulders @ 3.5 “thick, using class 6
-All applicable taxes.
Project is to be completed by mid-October, 2025
Price does not include the following:
-Location or relocation of underground lines or cables.
-Excavations or removals other than for driveway preparation.
-Aggregate materials of any kind, other than Class 6 for shoulders
-Striping
Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond made payable to the Township as a proposal guarantee for at least 5% of the amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond) within 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the Town.

Corinna Township
Wright County, MN

Corinna Township will be receiving sealed bids for the State Park Road Account Program road construction project (105th ST NW, 100th ST NW, and Hoyt AVE NW) until 7 PM local time on June 24th, 2025, at Corinna Township Hall, 9801 Ireland AVE NW, Annandale, MN 55302. The regular Town Board meeting will be called to order at 7:00 pm and approximately 7:01 PM, bids will be opened and read aloud.
Plans and Specifications may be examined at the office of Bogart, Pederson & Associates, Inc., 13076 First Street, Becker, MN 55308, or obtained by contacting William Tessmer, PE at wtessmer@bogart-pederson.com or 763-262-8822. Plans will also be available for download online at www.QuestCDN.com. The cost to obtain a hard copy of the Plans & Specifications is $50.00 with a $10.00 mailing fee.
The projects includes: Widening and thickening of existing aggregate base and road outslopes including a limited region of wetland dredging and fill, mailbox and sign replacement, and paving over the new aggregate base.
Make all bids on the bid form supplied in the specifications – no other proposal submissions will be considered. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond made payable to the Township as a proposal guarantee for at least 5% of the amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond) within 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The Township will consider award of the contract contingent upon Engineer’s review. It is the Township’s intent to begin and complete construction in the year 2025, but do final lift and touch up by June, 2026. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and to waive informalities.

CONTROL ORDINANCE
The Town Board of Southside Township, on May 6, 2025, adopted an ordinance entitled “Ordinance Prohibiting Dogs From Habitual Barking.” The ordinance prohibits dogs from barking habitually, and provides that a violation of the ordinance is a misdemeanor.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed Bid Proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and all other items necessary to complete the work described herewith, will be received by the ENGINEER via Quest CDN until 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at which time such bids will be opened and read aloud via Zoom. The work, in accordance with Plans and Specifications prepared by Resilience Resources, LLC, consists of the following major items of work:
720 SF Sheet Piling
1 LS Temporary Dewatering
763 CY Common Excavation
925 SF Sheet Piling
10,000 SF Iron Enhanced Sand Filtration System
700 LF 6”-12” PVC Draintile Pipe
Together with removals, traffic control, erosion control, site restoration and other related appurtenances.
A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting is scheduled via Zoom for 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2025.
Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the form of a certified check made payable to the “CLEARWATER RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT” (OWNER) in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, or a surety bond in the same amount, running to the OWNER, with the surety company thereon duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota. Such Bid Security to be a guarantee that the bidder will not, without the consent of the OWNER, withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bids, and if awarded a contract, will enter into a contract with CLEARWATER RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT; and the amount of the certified check will be retained or the bond enforced by the OWNER in case the bidder fails to do so. All bid securities except those of the three lowest bidders will be returned within five days after the opening of bids.
Bid Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished for that purpose. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly inscribed on the outside: “Bid Proposal for East Swartout Stormwater Improvements, Clearwater River Watershed District.” No bidder shall withdraw his bid, without the consent of the OWNER, for a period of ninety (90) days after the date for the opening thereof. The OWNER, however, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities, informalities or discrepancies. A work history detailing qualifications and past experience shall be provided within 7 days if requested by OWNER.

Notice is given that on July 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Kevin G. Johnson, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
