● 5th Grade Teacher – 1.0 FTE
° Utilizing Cardinal Rising funds.
● Healthy Living/Phy Ed Teacher – 0.60 FTE
° A 1.0 FTE 7th grade Physical Education teacher will need to be hired to replace
the current teacher originally planned for that role, as they will transition into
the proposed 0.60 FTE position upon approval. Cardinal Rising funds will be
utilized to fund this position for the 25-26 school year.
● Special Education Teacher – 1.0 FTE
° Funded 65% by the State and 35% by Cardinals Rising
● ADSIS Behavior Intervention Specialist – 1.0 FTE
° This position will be fully funded through the newly approved ADSIS grant.
● High School Counselor – 1.0 FTE

ORDINANCE NO. 429
AMENDING THE TRIPLETT FARMS PUD DISTRICT FOR
THE THIRD AND FOURTH ADDITIONS
The City Council of the City of Annandale, Minnesota does hereby ordain:
Section 1. In Ordinance No. 277 adopted on May 27, 2003, the City of Annandale adopted a Planned Unit Development District related to the Triplett Farms Preliminary Plat.
Section 2. In Ordinance No. 381 adopted on March 1, 2021, the City of Annandale adopted an Amendment to Planned Unit Development related to Triplett Farms 3rd and 4th Addition.
Section 3. The City of Annandale received a request to amend the PUD, Planned Unit Overlay District for the following legally described property:
Triplett Farms 3rd and 4th Addition, Wright County, Minnesota
Section 4. Base Zoning District. For the purposes of this PUD District, the base zoning district remains R-1, One Family Residential Zoning District.
Section 5. Original PUD District. The PUD District standards established by Ordinance No. 277 and 381 shall remain in effect unless otherwise amended by this PUD Ordinance.
Section 6. Amended Construction Standards. Three building plans are approved within this PUD District (referred to by the applicant as Henderson, Olson, and Rachel) that may be constructed without meeting the performance standards of the Zoning Ordinance for minimum building square footage and housing façade width. Such plans are incorporated in this ordinance and all construction shall adhere to the minimum sizes of the garages and buildings as demonstrated within these plans. Any other principal structures built within this development shall adhere to the minimum standards of the Zoning Ordinance. All houses within the PUD shall have a minimum of three feet of stone or brick accent materials on the front façade.
Section 7. A copy of this Ordinance shall be kept on file at the Annandale City Hall.
Section 8. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication.
