Regular Meeting of the School Board – October 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm
1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

3. Board members present: Katie Jones, Dillon Dougherty, Jennifer Mealey, Gena Jacobson, Melissa Muehring-Paulson and Jenna Witherbee. Absent: Student Representatives: Jade Foss and Miles Hendrickson.
4. Mealey moved to approve the agenda items. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

A. Mealey moved to approve the High School Europe Trip requested by Holly DuHoux. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
B. Jacobson moved to approve the MSHSL Emerging Status School Commitment Form for Girls Wrestling. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
C. Mealey moved to approve the Applications to the Minnesota State High School League Foundation. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
D. Operating Levy Referendum Update: Tim Prom gives an update
E. Facilities Update: Kaitlyn Chambers from Wold gives an update
F. Mealey moves to approve and adopt the October Resolution Accepting Donations. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
G. Mealey moved to approve the Annual Assurance of Compliance with State and Federal Law Prohibiting Discrimination. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
H. Jacobson moved to approve six policies in the review cycle. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
10. Information Items
A. A special board meeting will be held at the District Office: 125 Cherry Ave N Annandale, MN 55302 on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:45 am held in person in the conference room to canvas the election results.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
11. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative and Notice to Creditors
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice is hereby given that an application for informal probate of the above-named Decedent’s last will dated October 29, 2003 has been filed with the Probate Registrar, and the application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Probate Registrar has informally appointed Douglas Lloyd Gruys, 10148 Boone CIR. Bloomington MN 55438, douggruys@me.com. 952-941-1054 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative, or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed pursuant to Minn. Stat. §524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will, or to the appointment of the personal representative, must be filed with this court, and will be heard by the court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. §524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this Notice, or the claims will be barred.
