1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Board members present: Katie Jones, Dillon Dougherty, Gena Jacobson (arrived at 7:12 pm), Melissa Muehring-Paulson, Jenna Witherbee and Jennifer Mealey. Student Representatives: Jade Foss and Miles Hendrickson. Absent: None
4. Mealey moved to approve the Agenda Items. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
5. Organizational Business
A. Mealey nominated Katie Jones as Board Chairperson for 2026. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 5-0. Katie Jones is elected Chairperson of the school board.
B. Muehring-Paulson nominated Dillon Dougherty as Board Vice Chairperson for 2026. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 5-0. Dillon Dougherty is elected Vice Chairperson of the school board.
C. Dougherty nominated Jennifer Mealey as Board Clerk for 2026. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 5-0. Jennifer Mealey is elected Clerk of the school board.
D. Dougherty nominated Melissa Muehring-Paulson as Board Treasurer for 2026. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 5-0. Melissa Muehring-Paulson is elected Treasurer of the school board.
E. Mealey moved to approve the Board Committee Assignments for 2026. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

A. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
12. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 pm. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

FRENCH LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF MEETING MOVEMENT & TOWNSHIP ELECTIONS & ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following elections and meeting movements:
The regularly scheduled February township meeting has been moved from February 3, 2026 to February 10th, 2026 due to the  Precinct Caucus.
Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.  A single, 3 year term supervisor role is on the ballot. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN.  If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The French Lake Township Annual Town Meeting will take place following the close of the polls.  The Public Accuracy Test  of the AutoMARK, assisted voting device will be held on Tuesday, March 3th, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall for the township election.
Township Annual Meeting will occur immediately following the township election at 8:30 PM March 10,2026.  Up for discussion is recycling, road maintenance, junk amnesty and dust control.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization for TOWNSHIP OF CORINNA of Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Township, at 3:00PM, on Tuesday, the 21st day of April, 2026. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns.
