TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice is hereby given that an application for informal probate of the above-named Decedent’s Last Will dated December 23, 1999 has been filed with the Probate Registrar, and the application has been granted. Notice is also given that the Probate Registrar has informally appointed Kathleen Abraham, 175 Cardinal Lane,Clearwater MN 55320 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as Personal Representative, or may object to the appointment of the Personal Representative. Unless objections are filed pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the Personal Representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

ORDINANCE NO. 436
AMENDING FEE SCHEDULE
The Council of the City of Annandale, Minnesota does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Annandale City Code Section 30.12 Fees and Charges, is hereby amended as follows:
Refuse Rates
Current/Proposed
 35 gallon:
$12.25 / $12.55 per month
35 gallon:
$10.85 / $11.11 per month (EOW)
64 gallon:
$14.15 / $14.50 per month
95 gallon:
$16.50/ $16.90 per month
Section 2. If any section or portion of this Ordinance is found to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such findings shall not serve as an invalidation of, nor shall it affect the validity and enforceability of any other section or provision of this Ordinance.
Section 3. The effective date of this ordinance shall by May 1, 2026.

INDIAN LAKE IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT
INDIAN LAKE PROPERTY
OWNERS
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Indian Lake Improvement District (ILID) plans to treat Curly Leaf Pondweed and Eurasian Water Milfoil, both Aquatic Invasive Species, in Indian Lake in 2026. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is planning to provide the ILID a waiver of the requirements that the District obtain signatures of the approval by owners of lakeshore property. Instead, The ILID will notify property owners of the treatment through the:
■ ILID emailing to all Indian Lake property owners
■ ILID Annual meeting
■ Annandale Advocate and Maple Lake Messenger Public Notices (local weekly newspapers)
With regard to treatment for 2026, the proposed timeline is April-October. The target species for the treatment is for Curly Leaf Pondweed (CLP) and Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM). The products being used are aquatic herbicides appropriate to control CLP and EWM (questions: contact Aquatic Solutions @ 320-279-0231).
If the landowner does NOT want treatment to occur adjacent to the landowner’s property, fill out the form below and immediately send to the following contact for the ILID.
