As summer pushes forward, so does the construction for Annandale’s new apartment complex. While still in the final building stages, Pintail Pond’s 100-unit apartment complex is set to open Sept. 1. INH Properties, with headquarters in Waite Park, has been making steady progress on the building south of downtown on Pintail Drive, Regional Property Manager Brittany Lindberg said.
