The third annual CAST (Catch a Special Thrill) for Kids event was held at Annandale’s Municipal Park on Pleasant Lake Sunday, Aug. 14. CAST for Kids is for children (ages 6 and older) with special needs and their caretakers that come together with community volunteers for a fun day of fishing they may not otherwise experience. Events included two to three hours of fishing, lunch and an award presentation.
