The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train’s annual visit to Annandale Wednesday, Dec 14, brought out a huge, festive crowd that enjoyed the entertainment despite the cold and slushy snow.
“We estimate the crowd to be between 1,800 and 3,000 people,” said Annandale Police Officer Nancy Engfer. “The crowd appreciated the Christmas music DJ Jeremy Wheeler provided before the train arrived. It really put the crowd into the holiday spirit.
