Deborah F. Sorgert, 56, of Annandale died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at North Memorial Medical Center, Robbinsdale. Funeral services were Thursday, Dec. 27, at the Annandale Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Dennis Johnson officiating and burial at Pleasantview Cemetery, Annandale.
Deborah Faye Sorgert was born Dec. 5, 1956, to Allen and Johnnie (Hunter) Anderson in Duluth and graduated from Hermantown High School in 1975. She married Paul E. Sorgert on March 7, 1986, and she worked for Nash-Finch in St. Cloud. She was a member of Annandale Evangelical Free Church and enjoyed bowling, crocheting, sports, camping, being on the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Paul of Annandale; daughters and their husbands Brandy and Isreal Hoffman of Kansas City, Mo., Kristy and Adam Fieldseth of Princeton, Reinell and Jackson Helstad of South Haven, Kelly and Matt Dvorak of Milroy, Stacy and Dan Lorentz of Big Lake; nine grandchildren Sadie, Raven, A.J. and Ava Hoffman, Jaeden Fieldseth, Anna, Oscar, Lizzy and Elijah Helstad, parents Allen and Johnnie Anderson of Duluth; and sister Linda Tallakson and her husband Bruce of Duluth.
