Tiffany Lin (Opgenorth) Cribbs

Tiffany Lin (Opgenorth) Cribbs, 33, of Traverse City, Mich., entered eternal life on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004.  Visitation was held on Wednesday, Aug. 4, at the New Hope Community Church. The celebration of her life was honored during services at New Hope on Thursday, Aug. 5. Pastor David Standfest officiated the service. Memorials preferred to the Children’s Ministry of New Hope or to The Cribbs Children Trust Fund.   Survived by the love of her life and husband of nine years, Jon; children, Abby, seven; Levi, four; and Owen, two years old; her parents, Lloyd and Lin Opgenorth of Traverse City, Mich.; brother, Travis (Laura) Opgenorth of Becker; grandmother, Elaine Lyon of Sheboygan, Wisc.; and six nieces and nephews.  Tiffany was a caring and dedicated wife and mother of three. The beloved daughter of Lloyd and Lin Opgenorth was born Nov. 20, 1970, in Madison, Wisc. She was a 1988 graduate of Annandale High School. She attended Liberty University in Virginia as well as Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, Mich. Tiffany had a passion for the arts and was a talented singer and dancer. As a devoted Christian, she and her family were dedicated and active members of New Hope Community Church from its very beginning. Tiffany arranged music for the children’s ministry, sang with the Worship Team and the contemporary quartet, With Hope. She also volunteered with Carpenter’s Tools throughout Africa. Tiffany will forever be remembered by her contribution to this world, her radiant smile, and her flair for life.
