
Shirley A. Bauer, age 83, of Annandale, died Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her home. Private services will be held at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Annandale with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Annandale. Shirley Ann Bauer was born March 3, 1939, in Annandale, Minnesota to Arlo and Lillian (Olson) Jordan. She graduated in 1957 from Annandale High School. On April 6, 1958 Shirley was united in marriage to James L. Bauer at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Annandale. Shirley and James were blessed with three children. She dedicated 29 years to Malco Tools. Shirley enjoyed reading, tole painting, and flower gardening. She loved time spent with her sisters traveling or simply sharing a cup of coffee with them. Shirley is survived by her husband of 64 years, James Bauer; children, Tammy Wedde of Fair Haven, Rick (Kris) Bauer of Annandale, and Julie (Steve) Nolan of South Haven; seven grandchildren, Keeley Andrews, Emily Wedde, Justine Bauer, Anna Bauer, Joshua (Paige) Nolan, Randy Nolan, and Matthew Nolan; four great-grandchildren, Brenden Olson, Benson Ranta, Lennox Nolan, and Livvy Nolan; brother, Robert Jordan; sisters, Ione Latour, Carole Miller, Jean (Jim) Ledwein, and Mary (Harlan) Ball; and sister-in-law Carol Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arlo and Lillian Jordan; and brother, Mark Jordan. Shirley’s grandchildren will serve as urn bearers.
