Scheran J. Janisch

Scheran J. Janisch, age 77, of South Haven died on Monday, Aug. 15, 2022 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Kimball with visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Joe Druga will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery, Kimball. Scheran Jane Kriedeman was born Oct. 1, 1944 in South Haven to John and Eleanor (Blumke) Kriedeman. She grew up in South Haven and lived her entire life in the South Haven area. Scheran graduated with the Class of 1962 from Annandale High School. On Nov. 23, 1963, she was united in marriage to David Janisch in Kimball. Scheran was self employed as a seamstress and sold pull-tabs for the Annandale Fire Department. She enjoyed playing bingo and computer games, going to meat raffles, family gatherings, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children, LaNor Janisch of South Haven, David, Jr. (Katherine) Janisch of South Haven, and Todd Janisch (Carol Root) of Annandale; six grandchildren, Ryan (Brianna) Janisch, Emily (Jeremy) Potvin, John Janisch, Jacob (Andrea) Janisch, Jordan Janisch and Jessica Janisch; eight great-grandchildren, Mason, Carson, Sophie, Charlie, Chase, Sebastian, Stella and Amara; sisters and brother, Donna Anderson of Annandale, LaVera Hoefer of Marysville, Washington, and Jerry (Doris) Kriedeman of South Haven; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eleanor Kriedeman; husband, David Janisch, Sr.; and sister, Verlinda Schindele. Scheran’s grandchildren will serve as urn bearers.
