Three Annandale athletes competed at the State Class 2A Cross Country Meet Saturday, Nov. 5, at St. Olaf College. Neither the boys nor girls teams advanced to the State meet, but three individuals did. Sophomore Sal Wirth and senior Will Massmann competed in the boys meet and junior Olivia Minear competed in the girls race. Wirth placed fourth overall and Massmann was 74th. In the girls race, Minear took 42nd.
