CORINNA TOWNSHIP
LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Corinna, Wright County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 2020-01 (“Land Use Ordinance”), an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2019-01 effective immediately. Amendments include those to Section 707 (Parking) to clarify allowable durable and dustless surfaces and match amendments recently adopted by Wright County and the addition of Section 781 (Private/Vacation Home Rental) to adopt regulations for the short-term rental of private homes. Related changes to definitions in Section 2 and to listings of permitted and interim uses in Section 6 were also made. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the Town Clerk, the office of the County Recorder, in the County Law Library, at the Annandale and Maple Lake Public Library and is available on-line for download at
www.hometownplanning.com.

GRANITE LAKE WATERSHED ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF TREATMENT
The Granite Lake Watershed Association has contracted to treat Eurasian Water Milfoil, an Aquatic Invasive Species in Granite Lake in 2020.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has granted to the Granite Lake Watershed Association a waiver of the requirement that the Association obtain the signatures of approval of owners of lakeshore property. Instead, the Granite Lake Watershed Association will notify property owners of the treatment through alternate forms. This notice is one form that the Granite Lake Watershed Association is using to notify property owners. Other forms may include but are not limited to notification through the associations email list, website, annual newsletter and or meeting.
With regard to the treatment for this year, 2020:
1. The proposed date for treatment: June 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
2. The target species for the treatment: Eurasian Water Milfoil.
3. The method of control or product being used: EPA and MDA registered aquatic herbicides, such as but not limited to Liquid 2,4-D, Granular 2,4-D, Granular Triclopyr, Florpyrauxifen-benzyl.
4. How landowners may request that control not occur adjacent to the landowner’s property: If you desire that the treatment of Eurasian Water Milfoil not occur adjacent to your property, please notify the Granite Lake Watershed Association immediately at the following address and email address below:
