NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of Montgomery Avenue & 80th Street NW Overlay Project will be received by WSB at their office located at 4140 Thielman Lane, Suite 204, St. Cloud, MN 56301, until Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 700 TON Aggregate Shouldering 2,500 SY Milling 3,350 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Southside Township shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at www.questcdn.com. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the website for a nonrefundable fee of $30 by inputting Quest project #8242222 on the website’s Project Search page. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website www.questcdn.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. CITY OF ANNANDALE Notice of Public Hearing July 11, 2022- 6:30 p.m.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Annandale City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. on July 11, 2022, to consider improvements to the alley located north of Chestnut Street between Oak and Cherry Avenues. The improvement will include the area starting approximately 100’ north of Chestnut street and going north toward the City Hall parking lot. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all abutting property. The estimated cost of the improvement is $5,500. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
