1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Board members present: Katie Jones, Jon Scheer, Melissa Muehring-Paulson, Jennifer Mealey and Paul Zabinski. Absent: Gena Jacobson and Student Representatives: Atalie Druga and Mariah Klippenes.

2024 Micro-Surfacing Project
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Corinna Township, Wright County, is soliciting sealed bids for the following work:
-Micro-surfacing for approximately 3.6 miles including: Scratch Course and Surface Course.
-All work will be done to MN DOT Spec 2354.
The work to be performed under this contract shall be substantially completed by September 6, 2024.
Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security or 5% Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds.
Insurance: The contractor shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance and coverage reasonably required by the Township.
The Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
