Notice is given that on May 20, 2024, at 9:00am, a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, November 5, 2003, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Steven D. Anderson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred. Please contact Wright County Court Administration at 763-682-7639 for instructions for appearing remotely.

City of South Haven (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Infrastructure Improvements Phase 2

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office located at 521 Oak Avenue North, South Haven, MN, until Friday, May 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The opening and reading of the Bids may be modified subject to COVID-19 preventative measures.
The Project includes the following Work:
4,700 LF open cut watermain, 400 LF trenchless watermain, 80 LF bored watermain with casing, 15,000 SY bituminous paving, 500 LF curb and gutter, and 1,500 SF concrete sidewalk.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Infrastructure Improvements Phase 2
Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Willmar Builders Exchange, 2104 East Highway 12, Willmar, MN 56201; the office of the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer at 521 Oak Avenue North, South Haven, MN, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; or may be purchased online at www.bollig-engineering.com under the bidding tab through QuestCDN for $40.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a refund of $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Bollig Inc.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer, 521 Oak Avenue North, South Haven, MN. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Instructions to Bidders
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
Wage Rates
This project is funded by a direct appropriation from the State of Minnesota. As a result, State of Minnesota prevailing wage rate requirements apply to this Contract.
Equal Pay Requirement
This project is funded by a direct appropriation from the State of Minnesota. As a result, the Equal Pay Certificate requirements of MN Statutes Section 363A.44 apply to this Contract.
Affirmative Action
This project is funded by a direct appropriation from the State of Minnesota. As a result, the Affirmative Action Plan and Workforce Certificate requirements of MN Statutes Section 363A.36 apply to this Contract.

LOCAL BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the local Board of Appeal and Equalization for Township of Southside of Wright County, Minnesota will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Township at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday the 25th day of April, 2024. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.

The City of Annandale is seeking public comment on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for a proposed housing development project adjacent to Lake John. The EAW evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the project.
