Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Board members present: Katie Jones, Jon Scheer, Jennifer Mealey, Gena Jacobson and Melissa Muehring-Paulson. Student Representatives: Atalie Druga and Mariah Klippenes.
Mealey moved to approve the agenda items. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

Community Comment/Concerns: Six members of the community addressed the school board.
Scheer moved to approve the consent agenda. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

Scheer moved to approve and adopt the Resolution Filling a School Board Vacancy Caused by Illness or Prolonged Absence. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
School Board Member Oath of Office for Dillon Dougherty was given by Katie Jones
Mealey moved to approve the Recognition of Student Qualifiers for State Competition List. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

BPA: Amy Zheng, Jaiden Peterson, Kate Neuman, Maddie Reiter and Michael Lansing
Member Mealey made a motion to approve and adopt the Resolution of Wright Technical Center’s Long-Term Facility Maintenance Program Budget and Authorizing the Inclusion of a Proportionate Share of those Projects in the District’s Application for Long-Term Facility Maintenance Revenue and was duly seconded by member Muehring-Paulson and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Jones, Scheer, Jacobson, Mealey,  Muehring-Paulson and Dougherty. And the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared and duly passed and adopted.
Mealey moved to approve and adopt the March Resolution Accepting Donations. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
Scheer moved to approve the following 24-25 contracts. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

Consider the second reading of the new policy: 421 Recovery Period after Childbirth Policy
Consider the third and final reading of the new policy: 440 Support of Breastfeeding Employees. Jacobson moved to approve and adopt the new Policy 440. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
Scheer moved to approve five policies in the review cycle. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
Information Items
The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:27 pm. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
