Notice is hereby given that the Annandale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Annandale City Council Chambers, 30 Cedar Street East, to consider the following:
Consideration of Amendments to Title 15 Land Use Related to the Floodplain Ordinance

Oral testimony will be accepted on the above subjects, and all persons desiring to be heard on referenced subjects will be heard at this meeting. Notice is given that on June 20, 2024, at 9:00 am, a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of George A. Gunderson, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative, or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will, or to the appointment of the personal representative, must be filed with this court, and will be heard by the court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.

GREATER LAKE SYLVIA
ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF TREATMENT
The Greater Lake Sylvia Association (GLSA) has contracted to treat Eurasian Watermilfoil, Curly Leaf Pondweed, and Starry Stonewort, all invasive aquatic species during 2024. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has granted to Greater Lake Sylvia Association a waiver of the requirement that the Association obtain the signatures of approval of owners of lakeshore property. Instead, Greater Lake Sylvia Association will notify property owners through alternative forms. This notice is one form that the Greater Lake Sylvia is using to notify property owners. Other forms of notification may include but are not limited to notification through the association’s website, annual newsletter or annual meeting.
With regard to the treatments for this year, 2024 the target treatments are:
1. Curly Leaf Pondweed. The proposed dates for treatment is between May 15 and June 30, 2024.
2. Eurasian Water Milfoil. The proposed dates for treatment is between June 1 and July 15, 2024.
3. Starry Stonewort. The proposed dates for treatments are between June 1 through October 31, 2024.
The method of control or product being used: EPA and MDA registered aquatic herbicides and algicides such as but not limited to Cutrine Plus Algicide, Liquid 2,4-D, Granular 2,4-D, Diquat.
How landowners may request that control not occur adjacent to the landowner’s property:
