RENAMING NEVENS AVENUE NORTHWEST IN THE PRESERVE AT LAKE JOHN TO LAKE JOHN DRIVE
The Council of the City of Annandale, Minnesota does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Street Name Changed. The public street “Nevens Avenue Northwest” within the Preserve at Lake John within the City of Annandale is changed to “Lake John Drive”.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall go into effect upon passage and publication.

Notice is given that on July 22, 2024, at 9:00 am, a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, January 13, 1998, (“Will”), and for the appointment of James J. Peterson, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Please contact Wright County Court Administration at 763-760-6300 for instructions on how to appear remotely.
Notice is also given that any charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceeding be given to the Minnesota Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statute §501B.41, Subdivision 5.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of Montgomery Avenue Improvements will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Monday, June 24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of Southside Township will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Southside Township shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website www.questcdn.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.
Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.
The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
