Notice is hereby given to the voters of Southside Township, Wright County, Minnesota, that the Township Clerk/Treasurer will be accepting Affidavits of Candidacy for those wanting to file for the offices of Township Supervisor Seat 1 for a 4-year term and Township Supervisor Seat 2 for a 4-year term. Filing period begins 07/30/2024 and runs through 08/13/2024 5:00 p.m. There is a $2.00 filing fee. Candidate withdrawal period ends 08/15/2024.

NOTICE OF FILING
CLEARWATER TOWNSHIP
The Township of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota, will have an election of township officers at the General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the town hall, to elect two supervisors for a four-year term and one treasurer for a four-year term. The terms of Rose Thelen, Supervisor C, Keith Heaton Supervisor B and Cassie Kenning, Treasurer, are expiring.
Filings are to be made at the Clerk’s office at Clearwater Township Hall, 15015 State Hwy 24 NW. Clearwater, from July 30th 2024 to August 13, 2024. Office hours are Monday 8am-1pm, Wednesday 8am-12pm. Office will be open from 1pm – 5pm on August 13, 2024. The last day for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, August 15, 2024 until 5 p.m. Filing fee is $2.

To the residents of the City of South Haven, Minnesota:
Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in the City of South Haven on November 5th 2024, for the purpose of electing the following offices:
1. Mayor Term: 2 years
2. City Council Member Term: 2 years
3. City Council Member Term: 2 years
4. City Council Member Term: 4 years
5. City Council Member Term: 4 years
The polling place for all precincts in the City of South Haven will be located at Wright County Government Center 3650 Braddock Ave NE Buffalo, MN 55313.
The polls will be open from 7 am to 8 pm on the day of the election.
Candidates filing for these offices must file an Affidavit of Candidacy with the City Clerk at 521 Oak Ave between July 30- August 13 at 5 pm. The filing fee is $ 3.00, payable at the time of filing.

Notice is given that on August 22, 2024, at 9:00am a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, March 21, 2023, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Douglas S. Benson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
