NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the DS200 ballot counter and the Omni Ballot assistive voting device for CORINNA TOWNSHIP to be used for the November 5, 2024 General Election, will be conducted at the Corinna Township Hall, 9801 Ireland AVE NW, Annandale, MN beginning at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The Public Accuracy Test is open to the public.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Annandale has completed and submitted our service line materials inventory to the Minnesota Department of Health. To complete the service line inventory of our system the City used visual inspections, as built plans and tie sheets. As of 7/1/2024 our inventory contains 0 lead, 0 galvanized requiring replacement, 0 unknown material, and 1196 nonlead service lines. The service line inventory is publicly available. You can access the materials for your service line by visiting the Lead Inventory Tracking Tool (LITT) at https://maps.umn.edu/LSL/. You may also obtain this information by contacting the City by phone at 320-274-3055 or by email at city@annandale.mn.us.

Notice is given that an application for informal appointment of personal representative has been filed with the registrar. No will has been presented for probate. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Richard R. Custer, whose address is 3525 Chippewa Road, Loretto, Minnesota, 55357, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that ( subject to Minnesota Statutes section 424.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
