REGULAR MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD –
SEPTEMBER 23, 2024 AT 7:00 PM
Prior to the meeting being called to order, Superintendent Tim Prom reviews that September is school board appreciation month and thanks our school board.
1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
2. Board members present: Katie Jones, Jon Scheer, Jennifer Mealey, Gena Jacobson, Melissa Muehring-Paulson and Dillon Dougherty. Student Representative: Mariah Klippenes
3. Mealey moved to approve the agenda items. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

1. Mealey moved to approve the Wrestling Coop Dissolution. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
2. Mealey moved to approve the Wrestling Coop Application. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
C. Mealsey moved to approve the maximum amount for the Proposed Property Tax Levy. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
D. Mealey moved to approve and adopt the September Resolution Accepting Donations. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
E. Scheer moved to approve the following 24-25 work assignments. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

F. Scheer moved to approve three policies in the review cycle. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
9. Information Items
A. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
10. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 pm. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
