1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm.
2. Board members present: Katie Jones, Gena Jacobson, Jon Scheer, Jennifer Mealey (arrived at 7:12pm) and Dillon Dougherty. Student Representatives present: Mariah Klippenes and Jade Foss. Absent: Melissa Muehring-Paulson.
3. Scheer moved for approval of the agenda items. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 4-0.

9. Information Items
A. A special board meeting will be held at the District Office on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 7:00 am held in person in the conference room to canvass the election results.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
10. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:41 pm. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Corinna Township Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM at Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Ave, Annandale to conduct the following public hearing(s):
Any tabled items from previous meetings that have provided the required information.
Requests related to the construction of a main level and second level dwelling addition with second level open deck. Approvals required include Variances to construct an approx. 15’ x 22’ main-level addition to the south side of the existing dwelling and a second story addition over the entire main level plus an additional 6’ x 22’ towards Clearwater Lake (total second level approx. 22’ x 45’4” with 2’4” x 16’2” bump outs on either side in the middle of the dwelling), with new second level 6’ x 12’ open deck approx. 6 and 8 ft from the side lot lines (min. 15 ft required), approx. 10 ft from the top of a bluff (min. 30 ft required), approx. 63 ft from the centerline of a township road (min. 65 ft required) and causing the property to be at 17.7% building coverage (max. 15% allowed) and impervious coverage to be at 31.4% (max. 25% allowed).
