Materials and Application
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Corinna Township, Wright County, is soliciting sealed bids for up to 100,000 gallons of liquid calcium chloride or liquid magnesium chloride. Bid price to include both materials and application on road widths varying 12’ to 24’. Period of performance: End of June, 2025.
Insurance: The contractor shall provide comprehensive general liability insurance and coverage reasonably required by the Township.
The Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Sealed bids are to be mailed or delivered to Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Avenue NW, Annandale, MN 55302, and arrive no later than 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2025. (320-274-8049) Bid opening will be at the Corinna Town Hall, Tuesday, January 21, 2025.at 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT FOR DEED
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1. A default has occurred in the Contract for Deed (“Contract”) dated November 19, 2015
and recorded on November 25, 2015 as Document Number 1302925 in the Office of the
County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota, in which Real Assets, LLC, a Minnesota
limited liability company (“Seller”), sold to Melvyn Stuhr and Dorothy Stuhr
(“Purchaser”), the real property located in Wright County, Minnesota, and legally
described as follows:
see attached Exhibit A.
2. The default that occurred on the Contract is as follows:
Purchaser failed to satisfy the full balance of $168,000.00 as required under the terms of
the contract.
The total outstanding balance due is $80,038.60
3. The requirements listed in Minn. Stat. Ann. § 559.209 regarding agricultural property is
not applicable.
THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT BY THIS NOTICE THE SELLER HAS
BEGUN PROCEEDINGS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 559.21, TO
TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR PROPERTY FOR
THE REASONS SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
THE CONTRACT WILL TERMINATE 90 DAYS AFTER THE PUBICATION OF THIS
NOTICE UPON YOU UNLESS BEFORE THEN:
(a) THE PERSON AUTHORIZED IN THIS NOTICE TO RECEIVE
PAYMENTS RECEIVES FROM YOU:
(1) THE AMOUNT THIS NOTICE SAYS YOU OWE; PLUS
(2) THE COSTS OF SERVICE (TO BE SENT TO YOU); PLUS
(3) $1000 TO APPLY TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES ACTUALLY
EXPENDED OR INCURRED; PLUS
(4) FOR CONTRACTS EXECUTED ON OR AFTER MAY 1, 1980,
ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS BECOMING DUE UNDER THE
CONTRACT TO THE SELLER AFTER THIS NOTICE WAS SERVED ON YOU; PLUS
(5) FOR CONTRACTS, OTHER THAN EARNEST MONEY CONTRACTS, PURCHASE AGREEMENTS, AND EXERCISED OPTIONS, EXECUTED ON OR AFTER AUGUST 1, 1985, $[AMOUNT] (WHICH IS TWO PERCENT OF THE AMOUNT IN
DEFAULT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE OTHER THAN THE
FINAL BALLOON PAYMENT, ANY TAXES, ASSESSMENTS,

(b) YOU SECURE FROM A COUNTY OR DISTRICT COURT AN ORDER
THAT THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT BE SUSPENDED
UNTIL YOUR CLAIMS OR DEFENSES ARE FINALLY DISPOSED OF
BY TRIAL, HEARING OR SETTLEMENT. YOUR ACTION MUST
SPECIFICALLY STATE THOSE FACTS AND GROUNDS THAT
DEMONSTRATE YOUR CLAIMS OR DEFENSES.
IF YOU DO NOT DO ONE OR THE OTHER OF THE ABOVE THINGS WITHIN THE
TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE, YOUR CONTRACT WILL
TERMINATE AT THE END OF THE PERIOD AND YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE
MONEY YOU HAVE PAID ON THE CONTRACT; YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT
TO POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; YOU MAY LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO ASSERT
ANY CLAIMS OR DEFENSES THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE; AND YOU WILL BE

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a hearing will be held as follows:
Date: January 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Location: Remote Hearing; Wright County, MN, for the formal adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of: Chelsie Lee Drazan whose address is 5000 Broken Bow Pass, Austin, TX 78745 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition should be filed with the Court before, or raised at, the hearing.
If proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. §524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
