Kala Larios (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition to Sell Real Property. It is Ordered that on April 28, 2026, at 9:00AM a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Courthouse via remote Zoom technology.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted.
Notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by:

Notice is given that on April 23, 2026 at 9:00 am, a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Laura Ann Swanson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. ASSESSMENT NOTICE
CLEARWATER TOWNSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Clearwater of Wright County, Minnesota, has been changed to an OPEN BOOK Meeting at the Wright County Government Center, 3650 Braddock Ave NE, Ste #1700, Buffalo MN 55313 from 8am to 4:30pm, Mon – Fri, the 6th – 30th day of April, 2026. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the County Board of Appeal and Equalization by appointment 763-682-7367. The board will review your assessments and make corrections as needed.
The County Board of Appeal and Equalization will be held on June 15, 2026, from 4pm to 7pm. You must sign up to appeal by June 8, 2026.
