GENERAL NOTICE
Corinna Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Hollister Avenue Reconstruction Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of Corinna Township will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 1.305.224.1968 and entering Meeting ID 994 8926 6609 and Passcode 329173. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:

The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Corinna Township shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at www.questcdn.com. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the website for a nonrefundable fee of $55 by inputting Quest project #9966391on the website’s Project Search page.
The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website www.questcdn.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.
Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.
The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction of covered performance with steel frame, fiber cement soffit with integral lighting and power as well as incidental sitework.
COMPLETION OF WORK: By submitting a Bid, Bidder represents that Bidder will begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will have the Work Substantially Complete by November 1, 2026.

PREBID MEETING: An in-person prebid meeting for all Bidders will be held at the Annandale Municipal Park near 402 Maple Avenue N, Annandale, MN 55302 on April 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are not required to attend.
BID SUBMITTAL: A bid shall be submitted online no later than the date and time prescribed. For this project, the Owner will only be accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN. To access the electronic bid form, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTOR: All prospective contractors must comply with the minimum criteria for a “responsible contractor” as defined in Minn. Stat. § 16C.285, subd. 3. A false statement under oath verifying compliance with any of the minimum criteria will make the contractor ineligible for the project and may result in contract termination.
CONTRACTOR’S QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENT: A completed EJCDC – C0451, “Contractor’s Qualifications Statement,” with all exhibits is required to be submitted with the Bid.
BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Annandale shall accompany each bid.
OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ROAD
IMPROVEMENT
112th STREET N.W.
SOUTHSIDE TOWNSHIP,
MINNESOTA
Notice is hereby given that Southside Township will meet in the Southside Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to consider the making of an improvement on 112th Street NW located west of Wright County Highway No. 2 pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. Proposed Improvements include reconstruction of the existing gravel surface, installation of curb and gutter, and asphalt paving. The estimated cost of the improvement is $285,624.69. The properties proposed to be special assessed for the cost of the proposed improvement consist of all properties abutting 112th Street west of Wright County Highway No. 2 in Southside Township, Minnesota. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
