(Tabled from May meeting) Variance to replace an 8′ x 28′ open deck with a 12′ x 28′ covered screen porch addition to an existing dwelling approx. 38.2 feet from Cedar Lake (min. 75 ft required) and approx. 12.5 feet from a side lot line (min. 15 ft required).
