Law enforcement officials are still seeking information on the death of Eric J. Raisanen, 40, of Annandale, who died on Saturday, Aug. 24, after falling from a motorcycle that he was riding as a passenger on Highway 71 near Sauk Centre.
According to the State Patrol, Raisanen was struck by another vehicle traveling the same direction after he fell from the motorcycle. The vehicle did not stop at the scene, and the State Patrol has requested the public’s help in locating the vehicle that struck Raisanen. It is believed to have damage to the front bumper area, and from debris at the scene officials believe the vehicle may be a Buick Regal. Raisanen was an assistant superintendent at Grey Stone Golf Club north of Sauk Centre, and the accident occurred near the entrance of the club.
