At the Monday, May 8, Annandale City Council meeting, Nancy Engfer was officially promoted to sergeant for the Annandale Police Department. “I am respectfully requesting that members of the Annandale City Council approve the promotion of Detective Nancy Engfer to the open position of Sergeant within the Annandale Police Department effective immediately,” said Police Chief Pete Standafer.
