Elsa Niska is the Administrator-Executive Director of Annandale Health and Community Services (Care Center). Niska came to AHCS in November 2021, hired as the Director of Nursing. After two years, she transitioned to the Administrator-Executive Director role in January. She replaces Richard Feeney.
