For many years, Annandale faced a shortage of apartments, but in 2019 property management firm INH Properties of Waite Park built Pintail Ponds, a 51-unit apartment complex on Annandale’s south side that brought needed relief to the open market housing shortage.
Now, INH is developing an even larger project near Pintail Ponds. The Willows of Annandale is one of two large apartment projects presently under construction. The Willows is just south of the Pintail Ponds apartments.
