Enel Green Power North America confirmed last week that its presentation at a pre-operations meeting in St. Paul saying that the Annandale site would be screened by serviceberry trees rather than the agreed-upon Black Hills spruce was a mistake, and that the spruce trees will be planted. The company also clarified that its decomissioning plan covers both leased and purchased sites – two concerns raised by the city of Annandale recently.
