Mrs. Barbara J. Dahl

Mrs. Barbara J. Dahl, 54, of Annandale died Sunday, May 30, 2004, at the St. Cloud Hospital.   Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, June 3, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Annandale with Rev. Harry Walsh officiating. A private burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Maple Lake.  Barbara is survived by her husband, Richard of Annandale; son, Bryan (Christa) of Brooklyn Park; daughter and fiancé, DeDe Dahl and Jason Puncochar of Rogers; sisters, Elaine (Dave) Hoger of Saratoga, Calif., Dorothy (Layton) Peters of New Ulm, Sharon (Robert) Sturm of Springfield.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Bethany Jean Dahl.   Barbara Jean Dahl was born November 13, 1949, in Springfield to Edward and Frances (Hagert) Jueneman. She married Richard D. ‘Dick’ Dahl July 31, 1971. Barbara was a school teacher at Bendix Elementary, Annandale. She has lived in Annandale for over 30 years where she was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Christian Women’s Group, Sweet Adeline’s, and Home Extension. Barbara was a very giving and creative lady who loved her family, church, friends, cooking, singing, music and calligraphy.  Pallbearers: Randy and Ryan Sturm, Jeff Peters, Tim and Tom Anderson, and Bruce Nelson.  Music: Dureen Gasser and St. Ignatius Guitar Group.
