Roger W. Triplett

Roger Willard Triplett, 76, of Annandale passed away Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021. He lost his courageous battle with cancer at his home surrounded by his daughters and eldest granddaughter. Roger was born to Willard and Margaret Triplett (Sullivan) on July 14, 1945, in Annandale, Minnesota. Following graduation from Annandale High School in 1963, Roger enlisted in the Army in 1965. After honorably serving his country, he spent his life farming and working construction. When he retired, he continued with his love of spending time with family, watching his grandchildren, gardening (he had the best garden in Annandale), canning, and sharing the fruits of his labor with all. Helping neighbors, or anyone in need, and following his grandchildren’s sports and activities. Roger was preceded in death by his father, mother and sister, Judy. He is survived by his brothers, Gaylord (Darlene), Glenn (Janet), Lester (Sharon); sister, Jody Kurkosky (John). His daughters and grandchildren, Teresa (Brad) Dahl-Sabrina (James) and Aaron; Christina (Billy) Lincoln- Nicholas (Kate) and Cambria; Shanny (Dan) Lindquist- Gabby and Garrett; Lisa Knudsvig (her children with Todd)- Elizabeth, EmilyGrace and Christopher. Great-grandchildren, Luke and Remi. Former wife, Sandie and step children Tim and Randy. Roger will be missed by many but never forgotten! We love you Dad! A celebration of life is planned for Nov. 6, 2021, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Southbrook Golf Course in Annandale.
