Gerald John Pitra passed away peacefully in Sun City, Arizona, surrounded by family on, April 28, 2024.
He is survived by his wife Karen and children; son Taras Pitra (Tasha); daughter Danya Maurer (Aaron); and son Marko (Heather); and grandchildren Isaiah, Tessa, Mia, Morgan, Coral, and Graham; brothers Thomas Pitra (Lida)and James Pitra (Janet); nieces Erin and Whitney; and nephew Chris.
He is proceeded in death by parents, Walter and Rosemary Pitra. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Gerald’s life will be held on Saturday, June 8, at 1 p.m. at the Maple Lake Legion.
