2020 IMPROVEMENTS-
FACILITY PLAN

RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, MARCH 12, 2018, 7 p.m.
Due to inclement weather on March 5, the City of Annandale has rescheduled this public hearing to accept comments on the 2020 Improvements project Facility Plan. The Facility Plan, prepared by Bolton & Menk Inc., addresses capital improvements including street reconstruction, replacement of sanitary sewer mains, water mains, and storm sewer mains, that are necessary to maintain the city’ s infrastructure. The facility plan addresses the following locations:
• Oak Avenue: Elm Street (T.H. 55) to approximately 200 feet north of Lake Drive E
• Chestnut Street: Oak Avenue to Maple Avenue
• Birch Street: Oak Avenue to Excelsior Avenue
• Cedar Street: Oak Avenue to Maple Avenue
• Park Street (T.H. 24): Oak Avenue to Poplar Avenue
• Pleasant Avenue: Chestnut Street to Park Street
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comments. You may submit written comments, which must be received by no later than March 15th, 2018.
