Eunice G. Dell, 94, of South Haven died Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, at the Annandale Care Center in Annandale.
Private graveside services will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Eunice is survived by her son and his wife, Dave and Jan Dell of Annandale; grandson and his wife, Todd and Amy Dell of Brookfield, Wisconsin; and great-granddaughter, Quinn Dell.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Egbert and Mathilda Wilson; sisters, Opal Wilson Hegna Schroeder McGovern, Gina Kristine Wilson, Georgiana Mabel Eldora Wilson Beck Sigurdson, Luella Viola May Wilson Casey, Bernice Henretta Lorraine Reed Koontz and Esther Marion Theonorah Wilson; brothers, Carl Gilbert Wilson, Elmer Maynard Wilson, Clarence George Edwin Wilson, Richard Howard Raymond Wilson and Harold Alfred Sherman Wilson.
Eunice Gloria Irene Dell was born July 11, 1924, at the family farm in Vernon Township, near Hayfield to Egbert and Mathilda (Grovdahl) Wilson. She grew up on the farm the youngest of twelve children. Eunice was united in marriage to William Dell on Aug. 30, 1952, and they lived in Columbia Heights. They purchased a summer place at Clearwater Forest near South Haven and moved there after retirement. Eunice worked many places over the years, all in retail. She enjoyed cooking, working on word-search puzzles and watching golf.
