Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 18th day of November, 2003, at 8:30 p.m. at the Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Avenue Northwest, Annandale, Minnesota, to consider a proposed road improvement consisting of grading, graveling, and paving of 78th Street NW (Cty Rd 6 to Isaak Avenue NW) The estimated total cost of the improvement is $134,100. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvements is the property abutting the roads and other benefited property. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Any person wishing to be heard concerning the proposed improvements shall have the opportunity to present comments to the Town Board at this meeting. Viola K.
