TOWN OF CORINNA
NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Corinna, Minnesota, will meet on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at the Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Avenue Northwest, Annandale, Minnesota, to consider the following:
Annandale Fire Department and Maple Lake Fire Department Special Assessments.
The area proposed to be assessed is all properties in Corinna Township benefitted by availability of fire department services.  Annandale Fire Department serves properties west of a line going north-south through Cedar Lake.  Maple Lake Fire Department serves properties east of a line going north-south through Cedar Lake.
The total amount of the proposed assessment is Annandale Fire Department: appx. $90,990, which is $90 per parcel; Maple Lake Fire Department: appx. $83,600, which is $95 per parcel benefitted by availability of fire department services.
The proposed assessment roll is on file with the Town Clerk and is open to public inspection.  Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing.
No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.081, Subdivision 2, unless written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the Town Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.  An owner may appeal an assessment to District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the Chair or Clerk of the Town within 30 days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the District Court within ten days after service upon the Chair or Clerk.
An owner may request deferment of an assessment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.193 to 435.195.

FRENCH LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF MEETING MOVEMENT & PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST & GENERAL ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following election and meeting movements:
The regularly scheduled November township meeting has been moved from November 5, 2024 to October 29th, 2024 due to the General election. The Public Accuracy Test of the election equipment DS200 counter and Omniballet, assisted voting device, which will be used during the election will be held on October 29th, 2024 immediately after the moved November Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain that the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend.
General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN.  If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Seven (7) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC
ACCURACY TEST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public accuracy test of vote counting equipment to be used in the November 5, 2024 General Election will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 6:00 PM at:
Southside Township Hall, 8209 County Rd 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you would like to witness this demonstration, you are welcome to do so at the above mentioned location.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC
ACCURACY TEST
FOR THE STATE
GENERAL ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the DS200 ballot counter and the OmniBallot assistive voting device for the TOWN OF ALBION, to be used for the November 5th, 2024 General Election, will be conducted at the Albion Town Hall 9020 30th St NW, Annandale, MN beginning at 6:30pm on Tuesday October 29th, 2024. The Public Accuracy Test is open to the public.
